Sale permission for tribal land

Hi,

A land belongs to a tribal owner(In Maharashtra) with sections 36A & 36B in the 7/12 extract and also has comments of Government Rights on it although the tribal's name is on the 7/12.

Can a Sale permission be obtained for this land through the Collector and be converted into NA? If so kindly advise the detailed procedure to be followed.

Definately the sale permission can be obtained... the file is routed to 8 tables of revenue officers.... It all depends on the locaation of land and area...

I have been laisioning for the same....
