i want to buy a property from one person.he have sale agreement cum GPA dated 19-12-2008 from the owner.the sale deed is valid.
before buying any property/ land, just check it:-
weather the said owner is the original owner of the said property or not??
weather he already sold the said property to nay one or still its unsold!!
weather he made any will or not??
weather he made any gift deed or not??
weather to whom he purchased that time he was the original owner or not??

Whether sale cum G.P.A. is registered?
If so, G.P.A. is irrevocable. Then u can purchase subject to verification of title and possession.
