Salary slip

I want file modification for maintenance as I found she is working in private company. but I am unable to get a salary slip eventhough I know the company. Can I send a witness notice to the company. will it helpfull. can u guide me .

Yes

You should request the court to send witness summon. Also you should send preliminary evidence to prove to the court that she is working there.

Whether it will be helpful or not will depend on the content of the deposition.

Its not difficult to get salary slip of a person, have you exhausted all avenues, like finding some person whom you know in the company/ detectives etc.
