My Friend filed a case under Restitution of Conjugal Rights. in same case his wife demanded Rs.4000/- interium maintenance. Will it be allowed by the Court?

Did she file under section 24 as response to the RCR ? Husband owes ligation charges for the case to the wife if she can not afford, and it will be allowed. What are the circumstances ? Did she leave her matrimonial home without reasonable cause ?

Yes she filed under section 24 as response to the RCR and she left the matrimonial house for delivery 4 years back and till now not returned.

Hope your question is answered. The quantum of the maintenance for the litigation charges will be determined by the court, not based on her demand.
