Reservation in pvt sectors

Land belongs to the govt vis-a-vis to the people of the land. Whether it is being used by the public eneterprises, the administrative hands of the govts at the centre or at the States people have the rights extended to the public as well as private enterprises.

Why then constitutional provisions for resrvations for the BC/OBCs not be equally applicable to Public as well as private eneterprises , Institutions etc etc. Which constitutional provision restrict this right to BC.OBC for employment , educations etc etc to private enterprises / educational institutions?

Time is ripe when this point is argued at the highest level and a positive begining is made less a bl**dy civil war is imminent.

This is purely policy matter of the government.  As far as the policy matters are concerned the court cannot direct the government to implement the abvoe said task.  As per the principle of "welfare State" the government itself has to do it, otherwise, the public cannot question it through court of law.

I would like to know which exact law or lack of it prohibits reservations for the BC/.OBCs for employment in private sectors. ? Isn't the apex court is the ultimate auth in our country in respect to interpretation of the existing law of the land? Which exact rule or provision restrict reservation only to govt jobs only?

Let me cite an example - There are adhoc appoinments in the central as well as govt departments at the states . The PSUs, the govt universities, colleges, schools also employ people of their choice adhoc. I have seen how adhoc appoinments are made in the armed forces in the respect to civilian employees . There are adhoc appointments in the URCs( Unit Run Canteens also. Eight percent quota is reserved for Ex-service personnel below officers rank in the appoinment of civilians defence employees. And in those places reservation policy is overlooked deprieving BC/OBCs their rightful employments.

In gist upper castes Hindus have abused the power of office and failed even the resrvation policies for the govt/psu jobs. It is therefore time to change the goal post and compel the govt at the centre as well as at th states to extend reservations to each and appointments made eitheir in public or private departments/ enterprises. If there is a separate police force be raised only to comply let it be.
