Dear Sirs
We are not engaging any contract labour in our organisation. We are registered with Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishment Act 1960 and are maintaining all the records. But while submitting our bills to another company for their work, they are asking us to submit copy of Muster Roll & Wages Statement as per Contract Labour Act 1970 for processing our bill. Kindly give me an opinion how to tackle this problem

/have other company hired your company services for providing manpower or not?
do you have any agreement for such services?
what for the bills were submitted to other company?
explain nature of business of both concerns and your relation with each other
