Hi,
I want to register a company in Guwahati(ROC-Shillong) and want to have registered office in New Delhi.The sole reason is i have profesionals there to deal with company matters but due to constrants i have to be in guwahati.I will shift my whole bussiness to delhi after 2 years.Help me to fill form 18 so that if law allows this is possible.

sir u need to obtain an clb order in order to change registered office a company from one state to another state... thereafter only u can file form 18 with clb order as an attachment.
