REGISTERED GPA

Dear Team,

Myself is Kumar. I have a doubt about some transfer of GPA rights. Kindly give me clarification of below

1.  Mr. A is property owner (as per patta)

2.  Mr. A has given a GPA to Mr. B (Registered GPA)

3.  Again Mr. B has given a GPA to Mr. C (Registered GPA)

4.  And then Mr. C has sold the property to Mr. X

Actually Mr. X is my relative, So does this sale transaction is valid or not. As per my knwoledge GPA holder cann't transfer his rights to another GPA. Whether the same will be acceptable or not, If acceptable please forward me through which section and rules and regulations for the same

Kindly clarify the same

Thnx & Regds

Kumar

as per law GPA to GPA transfer is invalid, so you may make complaint for cheating and mischeaf , same time the landlord  and the buyer not giving any troble you may make sale deed directly 1st landlord.

Sir, but the sale deed executed by both the GPA HOLDERS. Even if both were executed also, its not valid ????????????????
