i am a plaintiff in a case and we came to with compromise with the defendents, in return i got a house from the defendents in lok adalat.
now i want to register this property in my name with the help of court with out the consent of defendents.
Is it possible to transfer the title without the concent of defendents. in this regards some of my friends suggested to go with pcl. what it meen and how it will help me? and is their any other better way.

You have to file an execution petition to get the adalat settlement executed by providing required stamp paper at court.
