Question - mahila cell , family court

Can some one please help me understand the difference between the following bodies in the context of filing DV.

1. State Womens Cell

2. State Human Rights Commission

3. Mahila Cell

4. Family Court

5. Mediation Court

Questions:

Q1> Are all the above bodies seprate and disctinct ?

Q2>If they are different entities, can an aggrieved/ victim ( wife or either MIL or either SIL ), approach all of the above for settlement or justice ?

start from mahila cell if u want to reconciliation.

start from family court if you want to file divorce.

But both the ways goes to same later oftenly.

Good Question & Answer.

None of these are going to help you. On the contrary, the cops at the Mahila cell will threaten you, blackmail you, force you to join your wife - and make you spend your hard earned money

Family Court - Vakils from both sides will join hands behind your back, collude in their learned ways - and make you spend your hard earned money

Human Rights Commission - They will take two years to reply to you. By that time you won't have any money left to  you.

Mediation - Basically it will come down to accepting the demands of the so-called victim, because, as a male,  you have no rights left in this country.

Go to GOD, it is the only way left for you!!!

Thank you Heman and Vishaw Ji. I could help but laugh at my own plight in light of your crisp reply.
