wanted to know under what provision of law can a person apprehending danger to his person/ property by another person, seek protection? Who must he approach?
i will reply it in this way:
when anticipating arest one can file anticipatory bail.
when one apprehends a undue encroachment in property a caveat in the district court with regard to the scheduled property along with the person who might cause such entry may be filed.
in certain cases on e canfile 144 applications.
in my openion in diferent cases different provisions are there no general statutory remedy is available.
