There is a shop/property in the market size 200 Sq. Feets on the name of my grandfather. Now my grandfather had died and he had not written his will in his whole life. There are five sons and 2 daughters of my grandfather.
At present 4 remaining sons and 2 daughters do not want to sell the shop/property but the eldest son that is my father want to sell the property/shop to take his share in the property/shop.
4 sons has taken actual possession on the property forcefully and they did not want to give the share to my father by selling it.
Tell me what should be do now ????
