Dear Sir,
We have a joint property in the name of we three brothers.
And as per my last from posted, I am suggested by the lawyer to ahead and sent an injection notice.
However, one of my brother is in abroad now. And one is in India.
If I sent an injection notice at this time, is it OK ?
Or should I wait for my brother to come back to India, then sent the notice ?
Also once he come back to India and I sent an injection notice, can he go back to abroad before he settle the dispute ? Please advise.
