can u tell me, that i want to break my house which is build up by my father n uncle n in one house my two brothers also lives but we already seprated. i want to develop my home n want to break my house but my two brothers having problem bcoz if i break my home obviously they hurt n there house will open. what i can do? they send me stay order on it.

if you are in good terms talk to them to tell them that you want to renovate your house, and any breaking off walls / damages happens you will take responsibility to build it to them during the course of construction

Thanks for the ans., i talk with them but how i responsible for the damage? and y i pay for this? i want to build up new house on that place if any damages will happen they have to build up for themselves. They gave me stay order on it. suggest me? what section they will appy on me? my house my place i want to build up newly by my idea yes i damage their house bcoz its united but why i take responsibility?
