Orders on Discharge petition on charges U/S 420, is posted for delivery on 29/01/11 by a magistrate court.
Can further submission made as written of argument to the court as i feel that my lawyer's argument was limited.
The contents of my lawyers argument is that the case is civil in nature:
1) Is non return of loan a criminal case U/S420 and
2) Is partnership investment on and non return of dividends a criminal case U/S 420.
The Complaintant is very influential who is legal advisor to police Commissioner office and an Retd APP. Kindly advise me on procedures. The case has moved to this stage from the year 2003. The charge sheet was filed after 6 years from the date of arrest.
I'm waiting for the justice. Kindly guide me.
