Hi, I am working as a Accounts Manager and doing PF stuff of the company. I have some difficulties in regards to transfer of PF amount of employees who joined 3 months back with us. How does the procedure work? Should I create a PF account of Employee in my company and deposited the Form 13 with department with details of Previos Employer and our company account and it will automatically transfer to the new account. Please advise

gernally form 19 and 10C is for withdrawal of P.F A/C. and as you stated earlier Form 13 is only for transfer of P.F A/C.and if after filing this from you are not able to transfer the account of your employee than you must cheak about his old P.F a/c No. and spelling of his /her name
