A employee retired on superannuation on 30.09.08 after serving the bank for 30 years and 3 months. Pl. advise me whether he is eligible for full pension i.e. of 33 years or proportionate (for service period).

Hi,there are different rule in an orgarnization.for you to seek full pension in this organization please check there rules and services relating to pension.the most important aspect of it is to know how to deal with employer legally on different aspect
