Passed pgdiploma from nalsar. need advice for future.

Hi all,

With all your supports,Suggestions, Guidence,Advice I have passed PG Diploma in patent laws from NALSAR.

I must say that the forum helped me lot. Thank you guys!

Rt now I am working in software and have 14 Yrs exp in CAD/CAm Softwares development and management and rt now I am doing LLB ( final year). My Basic qalification is ME (Mech Eng) .I have decided that after couple of years I will be shifting to legal field. Please let me know how can I enter into the IPR /patent cell with this profile.? Do I need Patent Agent status?How easy/difficult to get the job for someone likeme without Patent Agent qualification?

Please advice.

It is advisable to clear Patent Agent exam. Eventhough you have 14 years experience in IT, you will be considered as a fresher.

hi everyone

currently am working as patent engineer.....i would like to give patent agent exam but before that i would like to do pg diploma in IPR(Intellectual Property Rights) in distance learning from NALSAR university...can anyone suggest me about the fee details and course duration.
