I ordered a digital camera through online shopping but neither received the camera nor got back the price paid. the payment was done through debit card. I filed a complaint in the local district forum but the Presiding officer raised question over Jurisdiction. I referred that cause of action arose at this city only but he demanded some judgement of Higher commissions over tis.
Can any one refer me such judgement

if there is any branch office of that online shoppingis in you town then he may be made a party otherwise a criminal complaint for the offence of cheating & criminal mis-appropriation of money be filed in the court of megistrate 1st class

Goel Sir have suggeted the perfect treatment. Find out the name and addresses of resposible person and file the criminal case. Together with you can seek compensation through consumer forum.
