NOT REGISTERED

If a company coming under shop & establishment act, having around 60 employees and they are not covered by esi , pf and other statutory norms . What is the solution for this. In what way the employer will be punished and penalty posted.

Factory act is applicable there all statutory provisions are applicable failure could cause procecution,penalty, punishment under respective laws.

I've just started a cyber cafe and i haven't register yet. Could you pls suggest that what is the process of registration.is the registration mandatory ? awaiting for the response.

In maharashtra within 30 days registration under shops and establishment act registration is mandatory. a simple one page form A is required to be filled and submit it to shop inspector of your local area alongwith fee and documents such as rent agreement/ownership document etc. in adition to shop act registration with police dept is also required for cyber cafe get this info from police station of your area.
