Hello Sir/Madam,
I am the only daughter for my parents. Mother passed away 2 yrs back. We had a house in bangalore registered in dads name. My father is an irresponsible person did not take the responsibility of family. My self took the responsibility of family since i started working. Before that expenses were beared by my mothers relation. My father has sold the house without informing me. I took injunction order from court. Case stiil not decided. Purchaser of my house is an rowdy element. Do not know where about of my father. My self and my mom relations have struggled a lot to retain the house.
Now the purchaser of my house claims that this is your dads self earned property and you do not have any rights.
My dad has spoiled my persoanl life too by gossiping. I am unmarried , do not have home. Not interested to marry as dad has spoiled my entire life by gosipping.
I do not have documnets to prove that this property belongs my mother.
Purchaser is playing trics every day. Please reply ASAP.
