Need an advocate

Hello,

I've a pending motor challan dated about four years back when my R/C was confiscated for Overspeeding. I was away all this time , hence couldn't appear in the court for this.

Now I need someone who would be able to represnet me in teh court and get my R/c back. Please contact at the earliest.

You have not stated where you reside and the court where your RC is lying after seizure.

Hello Mr. Sarma,

This case is in delhi, Saket court. It was when i was residing in delhi but now I am in dehradoon.

I also want to ask if this is a jailable offence. will appreciate your answers!

I am located in Mumbai, and my father is located in Delhi. We have a property in Delhi, which my father wants to distribute to his 3 sons (unequally).My father has made his will (not registered), but is there any other instrument through which he can make part of the property in his childrens name, while he is alive.
