I am in Bangalore here.Case in WB.Barrakpore.Wife filled CrPC 125 from Barrakpore,WB.Went for first hearing.As I have to travel from Bangalore to Barrakpore,WB so I asked them for Settlement. They asked 3 Lakhs for it.
Now the date is 14 th Jan 2011 for 125CrPC hearing.I will have to appear. My lawyer is not ready to accept the amount in DD and not ready to put the money in the Divorce Petition.
I forced him but he is not agreeing.What must I do?
I want to finish the case by paying the money and also I want the money to be put as part of Divorce petition as part of full and final settlement so that no future problem comes to me.Advice me.
