Agreed for mutual concent, case went to court, she did not showed to any of the hearings... at the end case was closed not in anyone's favor. what happens next?... I dont want to get back together. i want to get married to different person. how to resolve this issue??

reopen your case and get divorce thereafter remarried otherwise it will offence.

she is not replying to any messages or tried to contact but no use. doubt that she left the country.

You would have to file a case for divorce on available grounds again.
