This is regarding Murder of my dad's big brother.
The unfortunate incident happened on 14th feb, 2011. He was riding on his bike and another bike called out to him and the pillion rider shot him.
The Crime branch unit 3 caught the criminal and his accomplices and booked under IPC 302.
The criminal accepted his guilt of murder and forgery in front of the Crime branch. But when he was produced in front of the court . he was granted bail within 10 days.
This bafled me because i was told that he wouldnt be granted bail until 3 months under any circumstances.
Now he is roaming free as if he is acquiitted of the crime.
This is a heavy case of bribery from the side of police. the chargesheet even wasnt to strong to go against him. even the person who had taken "supari" pointed the criminal.
even the judge wasnt listening to our plea and he was granted bail form the sessions court.
Pls help me i'm in distress and urgent need..
