Mobile phone operators wants to set up towers with consent of Municipality and Resident of Housing society ; but the move has been delayed following a opposition from 5 members ?

The society had call Extra EGM for installation of Mobile Tower and out of 23 Votes 18 were in favour and 5 were against and Now these 5 are challenging the consent,. can they do so/ if Yes what is the remedy available to them ? which will be the appropriate forum? All the Housing society decesion were taken by majority earlier, can these be challenged, pl give sutiable answer as Socity will take legal permission from Mumbai Municipal Corporation for towers to be put up by mobile telephone operators

Society had decided to permit the operator to install tower on a building by majority ,then i think you have no chance to set aside the decision. Just see that whether procedure was followed to issue notices of EGM were issued before certain minimum days of notice period.
