We are in construction Business, constructing water pipe line at delhi, got registered under Labour liscence of Delhi. Central Minimum wages are higher than Delhi minimum wages. let me know which one should be followed. If it is central please refer the relevent notification/act...

Please clarify if you have registered under the Contract Labour Regulation - central authority or local authorities - Delhi. If the registration is under local (regional) authorities of NCT, then the Delhi minimum wages would apply.
