Sir

     I want to prove a xerox copy of a document which is marked as A on court file (not exhibited as original is missing) Plz provide me some citation in which court has fully relied upon on marked document. Thanks

DEAR SIR,


Since the original is said to be missing, the xerox copy can be marked as the secondary evidence. The nature of evidence depends upon the nature of the document.

It is marked subject to proof of the orginal. It is a secondary evidence.
