Sir,
As the maintenance is sanctioned as rupees 5000 for 6 members of a family by city civil court of marredpally (secunderabad) but the against party my (dad) again filed a case in High Court (hyderabad)(UNDER SECTION 397 & 401 OF Cr.P.C) and deducted the maintanance amount to 2000 only as monthly maintenance for 6 members. Is it possible to deduct the maintenance amount please advice

Yes High Court can revise the order of District court, it amy decrease the amount of maintenence, you have and option to file an appeal against the order of High Court it may be increased again in your favour.

You are advised to file enhancement petition under section 127 crpc.

Thank's for your reply,
can a muslim women file a( bigamy) case because my husband of 68 year's married another women this year 1-1-28, without our knowledge and enjoying his life and left me and my unmarried daughter's and minor son's. he did'nt give me any talaq nothing. according to our muslim shariya he should see one or two and third wife equally . please advice
