She should file an application with the magistrate seeking filing of FIR against her under section 31 of DVC and concerned police station shall ensure the compliance of the order.

Section 31 dv act does not cover maintainance non complieance.
Like other mods attachment of salary etc,required to follow.
section 31 is penal provision.
