living together without marriage can it is a crime

"A  married man and unmarried woman lived together since 3 years and both given birth to a child "

it is a crime under i.p.c.  if any complaint given by  wife of that  married man - clarification regarding this.

No wife cannot file any criminal case, except divorce petition on the ground of adultry.

had the woman been earlier married , situation would have been different. But in the present case that too with consent, criminal offence might not lie.

Our judicial system is such both the husband and the wife have indirect rights and licence to commit adultery without inviting penal statues except divorce which they may not like as such adultery will florished in this country.
