leave and license agreement executed in respect of godawn for 7200 sq. fts. one week ago.
Now again 5000 sq. ft area we taken from godawn owner.
Whether: -
1. Annexure II need to attach to original principal agreement of leave and license agreement
or
2. seperate agreement need to execute?

No annexure should be made,fresh Agreement is needed for legal binding.

If the land schedule of both the property is same, then you can just ammend the necessary clause and proceed, but for different schedule you have to execute another license agreement. Also two scheduled property are taken at two different time, hence there will be two different effective date, hence its advisable to execute two different deeds.
