Lease deed

my client has taken land from a person through poa. The Land is on lease by Trust alloted to a person for cow farminbg . now my client has only one paper that is notarised Power of Attorney. The person from whom land has been taken expired. The legal heirs  are ready to give N.O.C.please suggest whether permission of trust was necessary before transfering in favour of my client.

Land cannot be transferred by Registered Deed of Sale. Power of Attorney only confer rights to assign either, not transfer of ownership.

1. The concern land is on lease from trust, hence original owner is trust.

2. You should negotiate with trust primary and person throgh POA secondary.
