Late payment of Salary/wages

Hi,

I am working a pvt ltd company in chennai. Our company is a joint venture in which the partner company deals with the finance of ours.

For past 2 to 3 months, i and my colleagues are receiving the salary very late (say 7 to 14 days from the stipulated salary date).

Is there any way to legally handle this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, Dont go for any legal action. It is not right way for dealing all issues like salary date problem. If want on date salary you can ask management.without any proof u cant do anything.
