Hi,

My name is Sandeep Baban Kamble,

My father Baban Dashrath Kamble  have mahhar Hadola land at our villahe yesawdi, Tal. Karjat, Dist. Ahmednager , as per kadai Patra( year 1917)  that Sr. No. of Mahar Hadola is on my grand father's name, after his date in 1940 it come on my fahter's name but  one kamble persone we have no relashon ship with him stying in my village have put kul kayda in 1962 on our mahar Hadola land, and as per year 1980 (7/12 shows that persone name in that mahar hodalo land) he paid 13 pat charges in Tahasil and made that land bhogwarge 1, and some part of that land he sole some people.

I want to know can I get back that that land, and what can I do. wheather I have to go in court
