I have filed a divorce case against my wife and my wife has filed a maintenance case. Both the cases are are the trial stage. Now i have received an offer for a job outside India. Can i take the offer or will have to forego it until both the cases are closed? Pls advise

U can go abroad for any purpose, court has not barred u frm doing so. In ur divorce case u are needed IN PERSON :
1) During reconciliation procedure
2) Ur own 'evidence' n 'cross'
Rest of the proceedings are taken care of by lawyer
