hi
is there any advocate based at chandigarh working with an ngo or as an ngo who can file a PIL against illegal colonies in punjab in high court as the govt lacks the political will and the bureaucracy is colluding with the property dealers. i can provide him the inputs.this issue is causing loss to state exchequer to the tune of hundreds of crores.
