how to nullify my relationship?

sir,

I loved a person and went with him.he didnt legally register me in marriage.After getting a kid in marriage H e deserted me and went some where.I filed a petion in the police station.I didnt get any response.I came to know he married an other lady. Its 2 and a half years since he left. I am in need of a marriage.how is it possible to nullify my relationship with my ex? I am asking this to avoid any type of problem in my future.

Mainly if i get married as such

1. will i be able to navigate to other countries with my son without a nullification certificate?

2.If i need such a certificate.. what should i do??
