Respected Sir/Madam
I m new for this site, I went police station for my brother got register married,our parents are compromised in this case, but the police inspector quarrled with my brother, i asked sir both are major then why quarrled with brother. he suddnly beaten me sevearly and kicked by his leg after that he booked fake case sec 75 still im not paid fine for this case. he has taken my money also, I filed the case in Human Rights. Pls explain the next step and how can i get justice.
