Hindu law ancestral property

Hi there,

    I have a below scenario.

Mr.XYZ  is not alive and  has 2 sons from his first wife and 4 sons from his second wife. The property of Mr.XYZ is both his own and  some may be inherited.

Could you please advice how should property be distributed as per Hindu Law.?

Please let me know if you need any more info.

Thank you very much.

Irrespective whether children and legitimate or not, now all property would be distributed equallu.

Also if a wife is alive, she would also get share equivalent to the children.
