Dear All,
My wife had filed a frivalous and false case against my father in civil court that myself (her husband) have a 40% share in the property and it was purchased with a joint income of me and my father, As a matter of fact is that at the time when property was purchases i was a student of 12th standard, Moreover from the very first date case had filed by my wife had not attended even a single date and also there is no lawyer defending this case from her side and its already exparte...Please suggest what action my father can taken against her as she harrased my father due to i have a file a divorce suite against her.
