URGENT

Facts of the case:

Father of patient died in 2001. Whole family was supporting for his well being but, he is harassing the family by using abusive language, violent acts, unnatural s*xual behaviours with step mother and sister in law since last 10 years. Recently he was admitted to psychiatry ward for 10 days in a hospital where he showed very decent behaviour before doctors, but after coming back to home, the same behaviour leads to fight between both (patient and his real brother). He also give threats to family for comitting suicide.  The whole family (including a child aged 1.5 years) is disturbed, cannot sleep, and ready to get rid of him PERMANENTLY.
