Grandfather property to Grandson

Hi,

As far as I know grandson has the full right on the grandfathers property if there is no will executed on the property.

Is that correct? Please give me some links for details.

thanks in advance

If your father is alive then you have no right over the property, your father has share in that property, and before your father you can not claim any share in that property.

If your father has deceased then you will have right on that property.

You have a vested interest in that property and ur father is only a trustee. U can visit india kanoon.com where u will get the judgements and relevant laws. But it is for all the legal heirs. Not for u alone.
