Vague descripttion of property means the property property which is not specifically described. For example A has gifted half portion of his immoveable property to B but he has not specifically described the property as to which portion of the plot he has given in gift deed.

Yes the gift deed will be valid. There is no law of drafting in India. The court has to rely on past judgements, authorities, oral evidences to know the intention of the parties at the time of the agreements or contracts. It can not be held void on this grounds. Kinldy also see the indian contract act to see when can a contract is void or voidable. This is not a ground as per indian contract act.
