Formsunder Employee Prov Fund & Misc Act and ESI Act

Dear all,

Can any one share the forms to be filed under Employees Provident Funds and Miscellanous Provisions Act, 1952

Also share the forms to be filed under Employees State Insurance Act, 1948.

Kindly provide the same on urgent basis. Thanks in advance for the help.

I do agree with Naresh. Form 5, 10, 3A, 6A, 12, 19, 20 are generally required unde EPF & MP Act, 1952.
