1-You can file Counter - in DV Cae without DIR
2- After Counter there will be postign for counscelling

1. you can appear b4 the ld. magistrate and file W/O to that effect, stating therein the details of your state ment.
2.prior to submission DIR the P.O. ask u to express your statement and he/she request u to sign thereon after recording your statement, so there is no chance to pertiality.
