Expenditure on marriage

Hi Members,

I know that under section 69C of income tax act expenditure on marriage can be exempted from income but I don't know whether it includes only the payment of services taken or it include all the expenses i.e. Jewellery, Clothing, all the services taken etc.

Kindly guide me on the above subject by providing related details.

Thanks & Regards
