My one friend who is a divorcee got marriage again . But after one month of the marriage , it has come to his notice that his second wife was wife of another person with whom her marriage was solemonized on 2000 and no divorce was there on that.To negate that she gave on photocopy of declaration deed from notary public of calcutta court that they are living seperately from 2002 since then. my friend is a resident of assam. now she is demanding divorce from my friend. The marriage took on 7/10/09 with my friend was not registered. please advise what action my friend can take. thanking.
