hi, i m not a lawyer but a physio therapist. and as my profession, i know about hepatitis B more than any lawyer. Hepatitis B is treatable. her husband shud take intense treatment for maximum of few months and he will be absolutely alright. by saying hepatitis B is vulnerable disease i dont get its meaning. if you mean to say venereal disease, yes it is. but if treated properly it can be ok. and when HbSAg test becomes negative, wife can have physical relation with husband without any fear of infection. but remember s*xual intercourse is not the only route of spread of this disease. this lady shud take other disinfectant and sterilising care also at home.
