There is a X and Y who are Srilankan refugees, they got married in India. Now husband is in U.K, he is in a job, sends money to her wife in India. Using that money she purchased a property in her name, in India. Wife is in adultery now. Now the issues are:

2. How the husband can get the property back in his name ?
